• The studio is available between 7 am and 11 pm. If you’d like to store small props or other performance items overnight, please request a daily (midnight to midnight) or weekly booking.

• The maximum number of people allowed in the studio is 25. We would suggest 10 participants if you are doing movement-based work.

• We are not licensed for parties.

• Please do not wear outside shoes or heels that might scratch the wood floor.

• Please do not lean on the windows as they are fragile.

• The Biting School office is attached to the studio so you might see us pass through from time to time.

• A long-term renter uses the space directly across the studio entrance. Depending on the time of your booking, we might ask you to be mindful of abrupt noises and music level and check in with them when you are there.

Please submit your booking request through the calendar below at least one week in advance. We will confirm your booking via email. Bookings are finalized when we receive payment through e-transfer.

The studio is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.

There is paid street parking available nearby. Please do not park right outside the building as those are assigned spots.

For recurring bookings, we require a 30-day notice.

Our studio is a shared space so please make sure you leave it how you find it:

• All recycling, food containers/scraps and other perishable garbage removed and disposed of off site.

• Personal items removed

• Floors swept (and mopped if needed)

• Mats, pillows and all furniture stored in their original positions

• Restrooms presentable

• Heaters, fans, and A/C off if you turned them on

• Lights off

• Studio windows and door locked

• Building door locked
